How long is it stored?

Contact information you provide, such as your name, email address, region/country, and company name.

Deleted 12 months after becoming inactive or after three email bounces.

Your responses to surveys in which you participate.

Removed 12 months after the end of the survey period. Aggregated data that cannot be linked to an individual may be stored longer.

Marketing preferences such as "opt-in" or "opt-out" to receive information and newsletters via email.

Indefinitely, as it is a legal requirement to respect their preferences.

Information related to our business relationships , such as order and quote data, requirements you provide to us, and delivery information.

For the duration of our business relationship and 18 months thereafter. Data may be stored for longer when required by law.

 

As in some cases, these countries have a lower level of protection than Argentina, when transferring personal data to foreign countries we use standard contractual clauses approved by the Argentine Authority for the Protection of Personal Data to ensure a sufficient level of protection for your personal data. We take measures to protect all personal data transferred to third parties, or to other countries, in accordance with applicable data protection laws and as stated above.

How long will we store your personal data?

We store personal data for the time necessary to fulfill the purpose for which they were collected. This means that we delete your personal data when it is no longer needed to process a request or order, or to manage your account, your marketing preferences or our relationship. Statistics that have been anonymized can be kept for longer.

Your rights

In relation to the personal data we hold about you, and depending on applicable law, you may have the right to:

- Request access to your personal data;

- Request that we correct or erase your personal data (although this may mean that we cannot process requests or orders, or that your account expires);

- Ask us to stop processing your personal data (e.g. regarding the use of the data to improve our website) or to limit the way we process it (e.g. if you believe the data is incorrect);
